Ayurveda, Ayurvedic Diet, Yoga Philosophy

Though I first started practicing in 2006,  It wasn't until later, when an illness left me so weak and exhausted that I could barely walk a half kilometer, that I really started progressing in my yoga practice. Daily yoga and focus on my diet allowed me to overcome what was diagnosed as a chronic illness, normally requiring multiple medications with many side effects, completely medication and side effect free.

Understanding the healing power of yoga, I delved deeper into my self-practice and study, and fell in love with the philosophy that goes hand in hand with it. I evolved in such a way from this, that I realized yoga was going to be a huge part of my life forever, and that I wanted to help others discover how life-changing it can be. I completed my 200hr yoga teacher training with Suzanne, and began formal in-depth study of Ayurveda, so that I can share these transformative practices with others, hopefully helping them find peace and balance in their lives, as I have in mine.

Though I currently call Saigon home, I'm from the US, and grew up equal parts in the greater DC area and the beautiful deserts of Arizona. I received my BA in Studio Art and Art Education from the University of Arizona, in Tucson: One of the best cities in the world, where part of my heart will always remain. I am a traveler, an artist, a yogi, a teacher, and absolutely a forever-student. I am a lover of nature, movement, art, nourishing food, knowledge, and most importantly, my friends and family.
