6-Week Prenatal Yoga Course

A nourishing, nurturing class for pregnant mothers, led by yogini mother Lisa Rossellat.
Lisa’s prenatal classes focus on supporting women safely through their pregnancy through yoga and breath techniques, encouraging students to nurture mind, body and baby through a joyful practice.

Each class in the 6-week series builds on the other through modifications and appropriate poses for all stages of pregnancy, helping students build confidence, stamina and a steady, calm mind for their journey into motherhood.
