You will learn to teach mindful practices to kids so they learn to manage their minds. You will teach them to become masters of their minds- in other words, to become super humans.

We will work on teaching kids "self mastery" by way of values, intentional living, goal setting and personal missions. Children are our future and taking this course will give you the golden opportunity to help empower kids. For their sake as well as ours!

Cool stuff to be covered in this module!

For Teachers, Parents and Caregivers
You do not need to be a yoga teacher to teach kids. Anyone can take this course and share yoga and mindfulness with children. Although the full training is composed of three modules, one course is enough to help you on your way and give you plenty of resources to begin sharing yoga & mindfulness practices with children. Share helpful tools with kids to help them handle the daily trials and tribulations of being a kid.

For Yoga Teachers
If you are already a yoga teacher and are interested to teach children, you will find that it requires a very different approach from teaching adults.  The focus is on building rapport, engagement, motivation, and dialing up the fun factor. Kids benefit more from a “show me, don’t tell me” style of instruction and this course provides you with plenty of age-appropriate techniques, activities, games, and challenges to help you connect with children on their level.
