All-inclusive Mind Body Detox Retreat September, 2018

Weekend rates include:

  • Comfortable transport from District 2, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
  • Directions for sea salt water lemon cleanse and special asana practice using special techniques for cleansing the intestines to kick off your weekend detox the very early morning of the trip, followed by one meal to coat the intestines after the cleanse if you so desire. 
  • Delicious healthy drinks or clean food for detoxing  (3 day juice fast or clean food diet)
  • Healthy vegetarian food if so desired and prefer not to juice fast (the resort is renowned for its food)

Payment

Inclusive weekend rates according to room availability at time of sign up. Space is limited and fees must be paid in full to confirm your space in the retreat. 

 You can pay by credit or debit card. We also accept cash or wire/bank transfers. To pay in cash or by bank transfer, send us an email and for cash payments, you can call us directly at +84 96 483 0101 to arrange. Cash payments in exact amount (USD or VND based on that days exchange rate) can also be accepted before or after scheduled weekly classes.

Weekend Itinerary - Detox Retreat

September 2018, dates TBA

Fresh juices and bottled water will be available and served throughout the day 

Friday

  • 7:00am meet at Mekong Merchant for a fresh juice and yummy fruit to begin our detox weekend (juice and fruit are optional. If you want to have a deeper cleanse, you will juice only from 12-6pm)
  • 7:30-8:00am depart from Mekong Merchant, Ho Chi Minh, Thao Dien, D2. Pranayama lessons and hand outs for regular weekend practice will be given on the bus. Healthy drinks for happy bellies to be served en route. Goody bags given as a gift for your wellness weekend (with home made surprises and journals inside)
  • 12pm arrive at Mia Resort (approx.). Juice, free time to rest (juice will be available throughout each day)
  • 3:00 - 4:30pm yoga, pranayama and meditation session to set intentions for personal, spiritual growth
  • 4:30-6:00pm juice, journaling session and free time
  • 6:00pm rest please! Electronics shut down for the night!
  • 6:00pm - 7:30pm restorative yoga, pranayama and meditation session
  • 7:30pm juice, reading and self development assignments handed out for bed time preparation
  • 8:00pm reading, visualising and reflecting tim, pranayama (hand outs and info provided) and sleep time

Saturday

  • 7:00am - 8:30am Hatha practice with specific asana to help clear bowels
  • 8:30am - 12:00pm rest 
  • 12:00pm - 2:00pm juice, yin yoga session, healing session and meditation practice, reading assignment hand out
  • 2:00pm 5:00pm massage, reading, napping, journal writing, meditating, a swim in the sea or salt water pool
  • 5:00pm - 6:30pm deep restorative yoga, pranayama and meditation session 
  • 6:30pm rest pretty please! Electronics shut down for the night. "Silent evening" from 6:30pm until the next morning. No speaking, reading, exercising. 
  • 8:00pm sleep time

Sunday

  • 7:00am - 8:30am Hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation
  • 8:30am-12pm juice, yin yoga session, healing session and meditation practice, reading assignment hand out, pack up
  • 12:00pm check-out
  • 12:15pm lunch time and catch up with the group
  • 1:30pm depart for HCMC. Pranayama on the bus to "seal" our beautiful weekend
  • 5:30pm (approx.) arrive back to Ho Chi Minh, D2

  • 11:00am arrive at Mia Resort (approx.)
  • 12:00pm lunch time
  • 2:30 - 4:30pm energising yoga & journaling session to set clear weekend intentions for personal, spiritual growth
  • 4:30-6:00pm yummy green drink, journaling session and free time
  • 6:00pm rest please! Electronics shut down for the night!
  • 6:00pm - 7:30pm restorative yoga, pranayama and meditation session
  • 7:30pm dinner. Reading and self development assignments will be handed out for bed time preparation
  • 9:00pm bed time reading, visualising and reflecting time
  • 10:00pm sleep time

Saturday

  • 6:30am - 7:15am meditation and green drink (15 minute power yoga session to release the body before green drink and meditation practice)
  • 7:15-8:45am energising asana and pranayama practice 
  • 8:30am breakfast time and journal and reading assignment hand out
  • 10:00am - 12:00 pm time for reading, napping, journal writing, meditating, a swim in the sea or salt water pool
  • 12:00pm -2:00pm lunch time
  • 2:00pm - 4:00pm time for reading, napping, journal writing, meditating, a swim in the sea or salt water pool
  • 4:00pm - 6:00pm restorative yoga, pranayama and meditation session 
  • 6:30pm rest pretty please! Electronics shut down for the night! "Silent" dinner (no speaking during this meal). Reading and self development assignments will be handed out for bed time preparation
  • 9:00pm bed time reading, visualising and reflecting time
  • 10:00pm sleep time

Sunday

  • 7:00 - 8:30am meditation and green drink (15 minute power yoga session to release the body before green drink and meditation practice)
  • 8:30am breakfast and journal and reading assignment hand out
  • 10:00am - 12:00pm time for packing, reading, napping, journal writing, meditating, a swim in the sea or salt water pool
  • 12:00pm check-out
  • 12:15pm lunch time and catch up with the group
  • 1:30pm depart for HCMC. Pranayama on the bus & blessing ceremony to "seal" our beautiful weekend
  • 5:30pm (approx.) arrive back to Ho Chi Minh, D2
